DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
PROBLEM:
From one of the regular customers, a company engaged in the production of motor oils, an application was received for a pump for pumping motor oil into trucks.
SOLUTION:
SOLTEC ® specialists developed and manufactured a horizontal single-screw pump unit SOLTEC ® BN045L01HZX with an explosion-proof electric motor.
Technical details of screw pump BN045L01HZX:
- Pump type - horizontal
- Wet end material - carbon steel 20 with protective paint coating
- Rotor material - tool steel 40X13 after hardening
- Stator material - oil and petrol resistant elastomer IRP-1294
- Maximum outlet pressure - up to 6 bar
- Productivity range - 5-20 m3/hour
- Rated productivity - 15 m3/h
- Rated rotor speed - 414 rpm
- Pump inlet and outlet - flange DN 80 mm
- Type of drive shaft seal - gland packing
- Installed power - 5.5 kW
