CLEAN ENERGY

The basis of any Progressive Cavity Single Screw Pump is a power section which usually consists of a metal rotor (n-start external helix) and a rubber stator (n+1-start internal helix). Rotation of the rotor inside the stator creates sealed cavities that progressively move from suction to discharge side of the pump producing differential pressure.

Within the Ukrainian-Kazakhstan project for building of gas processing facility has been manufactured the set of single screw PC pumps consisting of BN105S02HYYX, BN45S03HYYX and BV045S02HYYX models.

Horizontal pumps BN105S02HYYX are designed for pumping oil sludge, oil and fuel oil with a capacity of 55 m3/h and pressure up to 6 bar.

The purpose of use of the horizontal pumps BN45S03HYYX is for pumping of primary gas oil fraction. The pumps have a capacity of 4 m3/h at a pressure of 12 bar.

Vertical pumps BV045S02HYYX with 2.0 meters length of the submersible part have capacity of 4.5 m3/h and pressure up to 6 bar. They are going to be used for pumping of oil from the tanks.

All pumps have double mechanical seals with sensors that measure level, temperature and pressure of washer fluid, according to the requirements of API 682. Pump units are equipped with gearboxes of Italian firm VARMEC and electric motors with explosion-proof level 1ExdIIBT4.
