PROGRESSIVE CAVITY PUMPS

The basis of any Progressive Cavity Single Screw Pump is a power section which usually consists of a metal rotor (n-start external helix) and a rubber stator (n+1-start internal helix). Rotation of the rotor inside the stator creates sealed cavities that progressively move from suction to discharge side of the pump producing differential pressure.

As part of the modernization of the sewage treatment plants at one of the largest tanneries Russian enterprises, the company SOLTEC ® Novomoskovsk Mechanical Plant manufactured set of pumps for activated sludge (BN076L01HZ pumps in industrial performance, the capacity of 40 m3/h, pressure up to 4 bar), as well as to supply the flocculant (pumps BN063L01FY made of stainless steel, capacity 39 m3/h, pressure up to 3 bar).
