PROGRESSIVE CAVITY PUMPS

The basis of any Progressive Cavity Single Screw Pump is a power section which usually consists of a metal rotor (n-start external helix) and a rubber stator (n+1-start internal helix). Rotation of the rotor inside the stator creates sealed cavities that progressively move from suction to discharge side of the pump producing differential pressure.

For one of the largest vertically integrated oil and gas company in the world, have been produced vertical single screw pumps SOLTEC ® BV076L01HYX, designed for pumping of trapped crude oil from ЕПП Е-3/1,2 tanks.

Pump units have working capacity of 50 m3 per hour and operating pressure of 3 bar. The length of submersible part is 3900 mm. The pumps are equipped with a supporting flange ДУ 700. The flow channel parts of the pumps made of general industrial steel. These pumps are equipped with 15 kW electric motors that have climatic version ХЛ1 and explosion-proof level 1ExdIIBT4.
