PROGRESSIVE CAVITY PUMPS

The basis of any Progressive Cavity Single Screw Pump is a power section which usually consists of a metal rotor (n-start external helix) and a rubber stator (n+1-start internal helix). Rotation of the rotor inside the stator creates sealed cavities that progressively move from suction to discharge side of the pump producing differential pressure.

BN090S02HYYX pumps are made within of the Russian-Ukrainian-Kazakhstan project regarding design and building of the complex for processing of gas condensate.

Pumped liquid is vacuum gas oil. Capacity is 28 m3 per hour, work pressure up to 6 bar.

According to the requirements of API 682 pumps equipped with double mechanical seals and sensors for measure of washliquid level, temperature and pressure .

The motors are explosion-proof 1ExdIIBT4.
