PROGRESSIVE CAVITY PUMPS

The basis of any Progressive Cavity Single Screw Pump is a power section which usually consists of a metal rotor (n-start external helix) and a rubber stator (n+1-start internal helix). Rotation of the rotor inside the stator creates sealed cavities that progressively move from suction to discharge side of the pump producing differential pressure.

Vertical pump units BV045L01HYX have capacity of 12.5 m3/h and operating pressure up to 6 bar, the length of the immersion part is 3 meters. Pumps designed for installation to containers of EP and EPP type. Units have climatic modification U1, with explosion-proof engines 1ExdIIBT4.

BV045L01HYX designed for pumping a slurry of water with oil. For ease of installation to the buried tanks, mentioned pumps equipped with mounting flanges with enlarged diameter - 700 mm and 800 mm.

Pump units have been supplied to the oil and gas industry object at Arystanovskoe oilfield (Mangistau Oblast, Kazakhstan).
