The basis of any Progressive Cavity Single Screw Pump is a power section which usually consists of a metal rotor (n-start external helix) and a rubber stator (n+1-start internal helix). Rotation of the rotor inside the stator creates sealed cavities that progressively move from suction to discharge side of the pump producing differential pressure.

This pump is pumping melted cheese from the cooking line, through the cooler to the packaging line.

The pump is designed with an enlarged inlet pipe for fixing the hopper and special screw feeder in the chamber. The pump creates a discharge pressure up to 12 bar, which makes possible to pump such a heavy product like processed cheese, on a fairly long distances with guaranteed performance.
