DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
PROBLEM:
Pumping minced fish liver (pate)
SOLUTION:
Due to the increase in the production capacity of the largest fish processing plant in Russia, a team of experienced specialists from the SOLTEC® company selected a SOLTEC® BN053S01FYBS screw pump unit in a hygienic design. The design of this pumping unit includes: stainless steel frame 12X18H10T, inlet for the hopper, screw feeder.
