One of the large oilfield service companies in the West Siberian region, which provides services to oil companies in the field of enhanced oil recovery, set the task of selecting screw pumps for the modernization of hydration units. According to the initial data of the customer, the pumps must provide a capacity of up to 2.1 m3/h at a pressure of up to 6 bar and be equipped with geared motors.

To solve this problem, SOLTEC ® specialists calculated and selected SOLTEC ® BN031S02FY gerotor pumps that provide stable operating pressure when pumping multiphase liquids based on oil with polymer fillers. Pumps provide performance in the range of 0.6 - 2.1 m3/h, are equipped with motor-reducers and are attached to hoses using Camlock quick couplings.
