PROBLEM:
Pumping the dough out of the bowl.
SOLUTION:
To accomplish this task, SOLTEC® proposed and supplied a vertical single-screw food pump BV038L01FYN with a suspension bracket in a hygienic design. This screw pump generates an operating pressure of 4 bar, since there is no need to pump over long distances.
