DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
PROBLEM:
Pumping fillings.
SOLUTION:
For one food processing equipment company, the challenge was to produce a filling dispenser. It was decided to equip the installation with a pumping unit BN021S02FYBSN. The pump has an inlet for the hopper, an additional screw feeder and additional cooling of the electric motor.
Technical details of screw pump BN021S02FYBSN:
- Pump type - horizontal single-screw pump
- Flow path material - stainless steel 12X18H10T
- Screw material (rotor) - stainless steel 12X18H10T
- Yoke material (stator) - 51-3051
- Outlet pressure - 6 bar
